Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Dropleez, the Community Puzzle Studio, and related services provided by Reyn Games. By using the services, you agree to these terms and the Community Standards.

Eligibility

You may play public puzzles as a guest. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use social and publishing features. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

Accounts

An account can sync progress, publish custom puzzles, maintain a public profile, participate in community features, and receive online rewards. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in information and for activity performed through your account. Tell us through the Feedback Center if you believe your account has been compromised.

Open Beta

Dropleez is in active development. Beta features may change, move, reset, or be unavailable while they are tested. We work to preserve account progress and published puzzles, but uninterrupted availability and permanent preservation of beta data are not guaranteed.

Game Progress and Rewards

Dropleez may include XP, levels, orbs, tickets, event currency, cosmetics, titles, mailbox gifts, and other rewards. Virtual items are licensed for use inside Dropleez, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred unless an official feature expressly allows it.

User Content

You retain ownership of original puzzle designs, messages, comments, profile content, and other material you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to share it.

You grant Reyn Games a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and present Dropleez. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must remain temporarily in backups, safety records, shared interactions, or legal records.

Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual, unsafe, spammy, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. We may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate content and accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the community.

Reports and Blocking

Players can report profiles, puzzles, and comments for review, and can block creators from their experience. We may preserve relevant records while a safety, fraud, copyright, or moderation review is active. Enforcement can include warnings, content removal, posting limits, suspension, or account termination.

Competitions and Promotions

Competitions, rewards, and promotions may have additional official rules. Those rules control if they conflict with these general terms. Manipulating votes, entries, likes, plays, or eligibility is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

Dropleez may rely on service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, and other operations, and may link to services such as app stores or Ko-fi. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Live Updates

Dropleez can update data such as announcements, mailbox messages, weekly features, event configuration, rewards, and shop information without requiring an app update. Live updates are meant for game data and configuration.

Intellectual Property

Dropleez characters, names, artwork, game code, lore, interface elements, and related materials belong to Reyn Games or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These terms do not grant permission to copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit the service or its assets.

Service Availability and Responsibility

The services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Reyn Games does not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Ending Use

You may stop using Dropleez at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect players, enforce these terms, comply with law, or secure the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Dropleez grows. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
