Dropleez is a chain reaction puzzle game from Reyn Games. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use Dropleez, create an account, publish custom levels, or interact with online features.

Information We Collect

Account information: email address, username, display name, authentication identifier, age confirmation, profile title, avatar choices, public profile settings, and legal-consent records.

Gameplay and community activity: account level, XP, discovered Dropleez, rewards, inventory, mailbox state, tutorial progress, event progress, gameplay statistics, puzzle plays and clears, hearts, follows, comments, and recently opened puzzles.

Content you provide: puzzle names, descriptions, quick messages, hints, level data, share codes, profile content, feedback, reports, replies, and uploaded screenshots.

Technical information: approximate device and browser details, release version, network status, security events, and limited diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

For signed-in sessions, Dropleez may collect limited technical error details such as the affected page, app surface, release version, error message, and time of failure. These private diagnostics are used to identify reliability problems. They are sanitized before storage and are not intended to include passwords, authentication tokens, form entries, or full page URLs.

How Information Is Collected

Information comes directly from you, from your gameplay and community actions, from the device or browser you use, and from service providers that operate authentication, hosting, storage, and delivery features for Dropleez.

Guest Progress

You can play as a guest on one device. Guest progress is stored on that device. If you create or sign in to an account, Dropleez may let you connect that device progress to the account so it can carry across devices.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, sync progress, publish community levels, show public profiles, deliver mailbox messages, grant rewards, run events, support players, and remember settings.

We also use information to moderate user-generated content, respond to reports, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, understand feature performance, and improve game balance and reliability.

Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you requested, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing Dropleez, or compliance with legal obligations.

Launch Updates

If you sign up for launch updates on Dropleez.com, we may use your email address to send Dropleez launch news, reward information, and related updates. Launch update emails should include an unsubscribe link when email sending is active.

Public Community Content

Published puzzle levels, creator names, public profile fields, completions, hearts, and level stats may be visible to other players.

Service Providers and Sharing

We may share information with providers that support hosting, authentication, database storage, security, email delivery, and other service operations. Supabase supports account and community data, and Cloudflare supports web delivery and security. When you choose to open the embedded Ko-fi support panel or follow a link to Ko-fi, Ko-fi receives information needed to provide its page and payment services under its own privacy practices. Other third-party services, including app stores, are also governed by their own privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization. Dropleez does not currently sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising.

Live Content

Dropleez can update data such as announcements, mailbox messages, weekly features, events, rewards, and shop configuration without requiring an app update. These updates are intended to be data and configuration, not executable code.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the Dropleez app or from the Account Deletion page. Deletion requests should remove online account data that can reasonably be tied to your account, subject to safety, legal, fraud prevention, and anti-abuse needs.

Retention

Account and community data is generally kept while your account is active. After deletion, limited records may remain for as long as reasonably necessary in backups, security logs, moderation evidence, fraud-prevention records, or records required by law. Public interactions may need to be anonymized rather than removed when deleting them would disrupt another user's content or an active safety review.

Your Choices and Rights

You can update profile and privacy choices in Community Settings, unsubscribe from optional launch email, clear browser preferences, block users, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Submit a request through the Feedback Center.

Children's Privacy

Dropleez accounts and community features are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through an account. If we learn that this occurred, we will take steps to remove the information and close the account.

International Use and Security

Information may be processed in countries where service providers operate. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
